Awesome Mega-Club - Open on Saturdays
Went to this club August 2015 anti amazing. It IS open contrary to the title saying its closed. Its located in the warehouse district. You need to take a taxi to get there. When you arrive there will be plenty backed up waiting to drop off. Club is only open on Saturdays. You will be hand wanded and patted down by security to get it. However its well worth the hassle getting there and getting through security. You then have to register for drink card to have an ID of some sort with you (State ID, Driver's License, Copy of passport) as they will open an account for you. You will be asked to give your finger prints as part of registering. This is common in the big night clubs in Rio. Cover charges and all your drink charges will be paid out when you surrender your drinking card at the end of the night. Main room is 3 floors with massive dance floor, stage and 2 balconies. There is a ramp that leads upstairs to and outdoor beer garden and to the balconies of the main dance floor or separate pop music dance room. Both times I was there were packed with wall to wall people - however it was controlled and not overcrowded and still fun. Majority of the crowd is gay 80%. Very dark mansion mysterious, upscale feel with chandeliers, well done decor on the walls and massive well kept bathrooms. Bathrooms have stalls that groups tend to disappear into for extra fun and security doesn't care one bit. Stays open late till 8am. Does not get busy like most clubs in Rio till 12:30am/1am. Taxis waiting as soon as you exit. No ATM on site. Bring cash or make sure your credit cards work ahead of time. Keep in your shoe to avoid pick pockets. Not to miss experience.

      Best club in the world?
I went here twice while in Rio in Feb 2013 for Carnival. It's the best club I have ever been too. The venue is massive with 2 dance areas. One playing trance/house the other more pop tunes. There's an outside smoking/lounge area to chill and maybe look up at the stars. The music was amazing and the people there are for me the best. Lots of hot Brazilian guys. There were lots of guys with shades on and no prizes for guessing why, so if you don't like that kind of thing might not be for you, but not everyones got them on. Few things to note; TAKE ID. You need it. Getting in is a mission, you have to register with ID then you are given a card for the bar and pass security. You pay your bill on the way out so make sure you have cash or a credit card. Getting a taxi at the end of the night also took some time but then it was carnival. If you can read Portuguese then you can register on the website first and save a bit of time.

This place is just amazing! Wish the locations was more toward Copabana or Ipanema where all the other bars (Le Boy) are. Long way to get there on a taxi. Cover and drinks are acceptable. Cute & Hot guys! :)

Not lived up to the hype. A club. Music and "go-go's". Two dance floors. Too far and everyone is high.

Great Late Nite Club in Rio - Rockin Music
R$20 to get in the door and R$10 a drink. R$35 cab ride from Ipanema and R$25 back at 3:30 AM. Makes Le Boy look tired and worn. The crowd is mostly 20s but we didn't feel out of place (30s and 40s). Filled in at 1:30 and the music was some of the best club music we've danced to in a very long time. Beautiful crowd of very sexy Brazilian man, quite a few straight girls.

      Very Expensive
Guys this club to others is the TOP club as they say so, but i am telling u its not all that what they say. Just very lound music and cost a lot of money. Went once and never went again as its not all that. Watch how u by drinks me and BF paid US150 for the night and we each had only 2 drinks but they charge $30- to enter. No good at all.
